Greetings. I’ve been advised that this site has been hacked. I don’t think there is anything too horribly dangerous, just some spam links on the top of pages. But having failed miserably in figuring out a surgical approach to fixing the problem, I think I will export my old content, kill the install, then start fresh with a new installation.

I hope this approach will not destroy any content, though it will mean re-uploading media and other fixes. So even if things go well, and they won’t, expect some downtime and some mess.

Anyhow, this notice will disappear from the web shortly, though hopefully any readers I have via RSS will see it.
